Cara was created to give clients a more personalised service — with high levels of communication, ethical practice, and an experienced management team behind every contract.

Ian – MD

Has extensive experience both at operational and strategic level having worked in the textile, pharmaceutical and cleaning industries. Likes to be hands-on with the running of the company, enthusiastic and encouraging he likes to work closely with his team to develop new and innovative practices to ensure continuous improvement is delivered to all clients.

Ciara – OD

Ciara’s experience started in the retail sector, moving onto to childcare. Later gaining managerial experience working in food distribution, as well as the photographic business in the USA. Ciara ensures there are ethical principals in place upon which the company operates. She ensures the company adheres to all tax, equal opportunities, health and safety and employment laws.

Gemma – OM

Gemma studied Beauty therapy and Fashion Photography at Guildford College, before working in the retail and cosmetics sector. Since 2014 Gemma has managed HR and payroll at Cara, as well as supporting in the daily operations of the company. She oversees our staff at Cara, in order to maintain that we continue delivering the high quality service our clients expect.

Cesar Zacchi – Facilities Support Manager

Cesar hails from Parana in Brazil and graduated from agricultural college with a Diploma in Agriculture in 2000. Then completing a course in animal husbandry.
He has worked in the cleaning & facilities support industry for the past 15 years, initially as a cleaning operative while improving his English. A versatile problem solver, providing practical solutions to complex problems through a varied facilities support skill set.
He liaises closely with his site supervisors, ensuring all training and audits are carried out and formally measured. He communicates with the client representative to ensure standards are maintained and issues dealt with on a timely basis. When needed will pitch in with everyone to get the job done.
In his spare time he enjoys cooking, especially his delicious traditional Brazilian barbecue.
